Earlier this week, one of my co-workers, Marc Petersen, passed away. He worked but two cubes away from me, and he was one of the most caring, wonderful, funny, intelligent people that I had ever met. The circumstances around his death are tragic, and one of my biggest regrets is that I wasn't given the time to know him better and work on some projects with him at work.
In lieu of flowers, his family has requested that we donate to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in his honor, and I gladly make this my charity of the month.
